These ads targeted Puerto Ricans and Dominicans living in the US, but who fly often to PR and DR to see family. We interviewed many of our peers from these countries, and one tradition/trait/idiosyncrasy kept coming up: for families in the DR and PR, saying goodbye takes an eternity.
